Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If the product is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Eligibility

- In original packaging
- Not damaged by the customer
- Returned with all cards, envelopes, rule book, and materials included
Opened Game Materials
Because this is a mystery reveal game, returns may not be accepted if sealed mystery materials, hint envelopes, or the confession envelope have been opened.
Once the confession envelope is opened, the main solution of the game is revealed, and the product cannot be returned as unused.
Change Of Mind
Returns for change of mind may not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
